Black Rock is a small community located in rural Crenshaw County Alabama. My family has owned land in this community going back at least 4 generations that I know of, possibly longer.

My love for chasing turkeys began here. I taught myself how to turkey hunt, chasing birds through the fields and hardwoods of Black Rock. I’m now raising and teaching two boys of my own how to hunt on this same piece of dirt. When I was their age, God’s creation stirred up a sense of wonder within me that still keeps me coming back for more, especially on those crisp spring mornings. As a father, I hope to ignite and continue to fuel that sense of wonder and adventure within my two boys.

Creating Black Rock Apparel is a “tip of the cap” to the place that has meant so much to our family, and we hope to do so in a way that pays due respect to the game we pursue on this land.
